 NORTH YORKS MOORS NATIONAL PARK

This attractive Grade II listed cottage nestles in an elevated position in the heart of Herriott Country overlooking the village green and boasting panoramic views. Offering cosy and welcoming accommodation the cottage enjoys a multi fuel stove in the lounge with a tiled floor and scatter rugs throughout the ground floor. An enclosed garden and patio to the rear of the cottage provides privacy for those who simply wish to relax and unwind. Arch House is approximately 2 miles from the National Park where the Cleveland Way enjoys the sights of the Hambleton Hills and Sutton Bank, with golfing, fishing and horse riding close by.

Arch House has oil fired central heating and comprises:

Lounge: With multi fuel stove (initial supply of fuel only), colour TV, DVD and radio/CD.

Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining area.

First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom.

Bedroom 2: Single bedroom.

Bedroom 3: Single bedroom with restricted headroom.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and hand basin.


Initial supply of fuel for the stove provided; remainder of fuel, power and bed linen included. Travel cot and highchair available.

There is an enclosed patio and garden to the rear of the property with garden furniture and BBQ. On street parking.
